About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead strategy, innovation, and commercial delivery across a broad portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product growth, leading new product development, driving customer engagement, and delivering category performance across both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales, profitability, and innovation targets across key product categories.
- Lead new product development pipelines from concept to launch, including global rollouts.
- Develop category positioning, pricing strategies, and product range optimisation.
- Partner closely with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution.
- Create compelling sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing content.
- Leverage CRM and digital platforms to drive lead generation and B2B engagement.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends, providing actionable insights.
- Actively participate in international projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in product marketing, brand, or category management.
- Proven success managing full product lifecycles, including NPD and market activation.
- Background in Consumer Goods, FMCG sectors with B2B experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership and forecasting capabilities.
- Confident communicator, skilled in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Degree in Marketing or Business, MBA desirable.
- High Visibility: Work on categories central to business growth, with exposure to senior leadership.
