As part of this evolution, the company is making its first dedicated marketing hire, a key appointment responsible for building brand visibility, strengthening digital engagement and supporting commercial growth across multiple product lines and channels.
The role supports a portfolio of consumer products distributed across grocery, convenience, wholesale, distributor and export markets.
About the Role
This is a newly created, hands-on Marketing Manager role suited to someone who enjoys coordinating campaigns, managing agency partners and ensuring marketing activity delivers measurable commercial impact.
You will take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution, with a strong focus on digital performance, campaign delivery and ensuring content is effectively developed and deployed across channels.
Working closely with senior leadership and external partners, you will play an important role in strengthening brand presence while ensuring marketing activity contributes to revenue growth and broader commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Content Coordination
- Manage and optimise the digital ecosystem including website performance, SEO and online experience
- Coordinate development and rollout of social media and content plans across key platforms
- Work with agency partners to adapt and deploy content aligned to brand positioning
- Manage content calendars ensuring consistent brand presence across channels
- Ensure marketing activity supports broader brand and commercial objectives
- Work in conjunction with agency partners to plan and optimise paid media campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics including engagement, conversion and efficiency
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Ensure marketing investment aligns to growth opportunities and priorities
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to brand and commercial priorities
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables and creative outputs with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure consistent brand identity across digital, retail and campaign touchpoints
- Support ongoing brand development initiatives
- Support new product initiatives including packaging updates and campaign activity
- Assist with development of retailer presentations and sales support materials
- Work closely with commercial teams to support ranging and promotional activity
- Identify, engage and manage specialist partners across creative, digital, SEO and web
- Coordinate briefing processes and ensure quality of outputs from agency partners
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure delivery aligns with brand objectives
- Track and report on marketing performance and ROI
- Analyse campaign effectiveness and contribution to commercial outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and impact
- Experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social, paid media and web
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Ability to coordinate campaign and content activity across multiple channels
- Commercial mindset with understanding of marketing performance metrics
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience working across consumer brands preferred
- Exposure to FMCG, retail or product-led environments advantageous
