The Senior Digital Marketing Manager sets the strategy and manages its execution to convert MQLs into revenue. The successful candidate will enhance online presence, ensure a seamless digital experience and use data to optimize performance. You will leverage organic and paid media, drive traffic to the website, ensuring optimisation for lead conversion.


Key responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the digital marketing strategy, linked to the overall business strategy to deliver commercial results.
  • Oversee digital marketing plan implementation and results.
  • Define the roadmap for digital marketing in Australia to ensure the necessary technical infrastructure and processes to deliver digital marketing outcomes against strategic goals.
  • Through your team, manage and review digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, ensuring digital content is current, legally approved, and easily accessible.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and report on spend, performance, and return.
  • Manage direct reports - support, coach, and develop to build capability for further growth opportunities.

Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate will posses the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Management, or Design is preferred.
  • Industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • 8+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in using data and insights to develop digital marketing strategies.
  • Sound digital marketing knowledge and experience across various platforms including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, Meta, Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, and CMS platforms.
