Sharp & Carter is proud to be representing our national client, a leading property group, to assist them in finding their next Marketing Specialist.
This is a great role if you’re looking for autonomy, a broader remit in your day to day and the chance to report directly into the Regional Marketing Manager, which will shape your future development.
What am I looking for?
- The ability to work autonomously and learn as you go
- In conjunction with the Regional Marketing Manger implement social and digital activity, monitoring and reporting
- Plan and project manage all events, campaigns and activations including install, dismantle, risk assessments and day to day management during each event/ campaign or activation.
- An eagerness to learn about the local competitive market, gain key customer insights and implement findings in your day-to-day marketing plans
- Financial/ budgeting duties will include raising purchase orders, processing invoices, monthly forecasting and supporting the Regional Brand and Marketing Manager with the annual budget and planning process.
- Reporting directly into the Regional Marketing Manager, which means you don’t have to work through layers to learn and implement your ideas
- You will work directly with key centre stakeholders and the broader marketing team – digital marketing specialists, design studio and campaign team, which will quickly develop your broader brand and design understanding.
