The Role:
As a Media & Performance Account Manager you will play an integral role within the agency with respect to the agency's client portfolio and will manage your client’s media strategy, execution and performance.
You are confident and well versed across performance marketing, including but not limited to Facebook (META) Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and reporting.
As the successful candidate, you will work with your client portfolio to strategize and recommend the most effective opportunities to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Management of 8-10 client accounts
- Setting the strategic direction in collaboration with the Head of Media & Performance. You’ll oversee and guide successful implementation of said strategies to deliver exceptional client outcomes, and in turn, client retention
- Develop media plans & present to clients (above & below the line)
- Development, management and optimisation of clients Facebook and Google advertising, as well as other digital media
- Management of weekly and monthly reporting for delivery to clients
- Confidently report and communicate with your clients regularly
- Briefing and managing content creation to studio and or account managers to support digital requirements
- Identify own knowledge gaps within for e.g. Facebook advertising, Google advertising, Google Analytics and other digital media to complete further training to advance skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Previous experience in agency or in a similar in-house role
- Experience implementing Facebook Ads
- Experience in media planning & implementation
