Reporting to the Senior Partnership Manager, the Partnership Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of integrated campaigns for key clients, while leading a team of partnership coordinators within the Melbourne Sales Team.
You’ll be the central point of contact for major accounts, responsible for managing all campaign activity from planning through to execution and reporting. This is achieved via multiple platforms including team ownership, radio, print, television, digital, in-stadium, and live events—giving you a truly unique mix of channels to work across and the opportunity to deliver high-impact campaigns that connect brands with fans.
Duties
- Lead the implementation of client campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and adherence to budget.
- Ensure all campaign deliverables are executed as agreed with a high standard of service.
- Spearhead meetings throughout the campaign lifecycle, from kickoff to completion.
- Provide progress reports and maintain regular communication with clients during large campaigns.
- Act as the consistent advocate and point of contact for the client within the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in campaign management / sales within radio, media or similar industry;
- Have experience managing partner servicing plans, budgets and other deliverables to a high standard.
- Have outstanding relationship / stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple agendas.
- Have excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage your time and multiple projects at a time.
- Be a team player and work cooperatively with others across the organisation to achieve results.
- Have a proven ability to think outside the box to create innovative solutions for clients.
- Experience within a media and / or advertising agency would be well regarded.
- A passion for sport and / or media is important.
