The Role: Mid-Market Account Executive
- Own the full sales cycle – from outbound prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation and close.
- Close deals across SMB and Mid-Market (150–5000 headcount), with a focus on compliance-heavy recruitment industries like healthcare, construction and beyond.
- Be self-sufficient in building a strong outbound pipeline, as well as managing a steady flow of quality inbound leads - supported by tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator & ZoomInfo
- Run tailored, value-led demos for HR, Talent and Compliance stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to create long-term client partnerships
$120,000 - $130,000 base salary + uncapped commission
OTE $250,000 in year 1; $300k+ in year 2

- 2+ years of SaaS full-cycle experience is essential
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and a genuine desire to succeed
- Creative problem-solving skills with a strategic, value-led approach to selling
- Experience with MEDDIC methodology
- Exposure to compliance-heavy industries
- Background in recruitment or HR/Talent tech sales
