Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager, the National Account Manager – QSR / Airline Catering will be responsible for the strategic and commercial leadership of key national accounts. This role focuses on driving sales and margin growth, delivering tailored product solutions, and strengthening long-term partnerships within the QSR and airline catering channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing National clients and channels whilst also developing new business opportunities, both expanding & managing profitable products /customers
- Responsible for building strategic long-term relationships, you will identify client’s needs and provide the solution that will add value to their business
- Manage and develop along with Category Mngr. new NPD products for current & future customers.
- A very hands on approach to deliver results across a broad range of channels / customers / product portfolios
- 3+ years of food-based sales experience
- Foodservice/QSR experience desirable
- Sound understanding of supply chain and distribution environments
- Proficient in MS Office and integrated manufacturing systems
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, influencing, presentations, and oral communication
- Strong market awareness and deep understanding of customer/channel/product dynamics
- Tertiary qualifications desired but not essential
