As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring the delivery of high standards of clinical care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manager the nursing team ensuring effective delivery of clinical services and high standards of patient care.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on best practices in clinical care and operational processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff, to ensure integrated patient care.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Previous experience in a Nurse Unit Manager or senior nursing role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
