Work alongside psychologists, speech pathologists, paediatricians, and fellow OTs to deliver holistic support to children and adolescents in clinics, schools, and the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Support diagnostic assessment processes (screening, history taking, observational data) and assist in generating formal reports
- Collaborate with therapists and paediatricians to deliver community and school-based interventions, including DI-style programs
- Co-design holistic support plans in a multidisciplinary framework
- Capture clinical notes and data accurately, structured around clinical hours + buffer/admin periods
- Engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and continuous improvement
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience preferred, but enthusiasm and a growth mindset are valued
- Interest or prior exposure to paediatric, developmental, or community disability settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working across telehealth, schools, home visits, and community settings
- $80,000 – $100,000 + super, with a clear pathway to grow your NDIS career
