I’m currently supporting recruitment for a large national allied health provider delivering community-based therapy services across Australia. This organisation operates across 40+ hubs nationally and works within the social model of care, supporting people with disabilities to build independence and participate fully in their communities.

We are currently seeking Occupational Therapists to join the team across several locations including:
  • Western Melbourne
  • South Eastern Melbourne
  • Regional Victoria
  • South Western Sydney
  • Central Coast (NSW)
  • Southern and Western Brisbane
  • Tasmania
  • Canberra
Both full-time and flexible working arrangements are available, including part-time (4 days per week) and 9-day fortnights.

The Role As an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver community-based therapy services to NDIS participants, supporting individuals to achieve meaningful functional goals and improve independence.

Working in a social model framework, you will deliver therapy in real-life environments including homes, schools, workplaces and community settings, making therapy highly functional and participant-focused.

You will work as part of an interdisciplinary allied health team, collaborating with other clinicians while receiving structured mentoring and support.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions for NDIS participants
  • Develop individualised therapy plans based on participant goals and functional outcomes
  • Work across a variety of environments including homes, schools and community settings
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary allied health team
  • Build strong relationships with participants, families and support networks
  • Attend regular team meetings and receive support from team leaders and therapy mentors
There are also opportunities to specialise in paediatrics, youth or adult caseloads depending on your interests.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • General AHPRA Registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative and flexible approach to work
  • Commitment to professional development
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
Experience working within NDIS or disability services is beneficial but not essential.

You’ll also benefit from strong operational, clinical and administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality therapy.
