The ideal candidates will have demonstrated some level of Administration skills, ideally within an office support environment. The level of roles are varied from entry level to highly experienced.

Responsibilities
This role will be varied in nature whereby you will focus on providing optimal customer support. Your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Offering a wide range of support to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with other departments as required
- Handling escalated enquiries
- Data entry into an in-house information management system
- Managing appointments and updating calendars
- Outstanding people skills with a flair for administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Flexible, solution-orientated approach to customer service enquiries
- Technologically savvy with experience in systems use
