Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Coordinate office events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.
  
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
