Responsibilities 

This role will be varied in nature whereby you will focus on providing optimal client support. Your duties will include but not be limited to…   
  • Answering inbound calls relating to queries and complaints
  • Assisting with bookings for technicians and electricians as needed
  • Being a point of contact and liaising with real estate agencies, property managers and tenants to coordinate bookings, logistics and technicians
  • Assisting in the monitoring of booking staff to ensure urgent jobs are called in a timely manner
  • Arranging entry notification letters to be sent out
  • Regional planning – calling technicians to arrange regional job days
  • Reviewing technician service sheets
  • Action active notices
  • Review and action overdue reports
  • Working towards a team monthly target for bookings
  • General administrative and shared office functions as needed
Skills & Experience 
  • High level of customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient across the Microsoft Suite.
  • People-orientated, empathetic and customer focused.
