About the role 

In this role you will be reporting into the Director. You'll be the go-to person in the firm, from organising all events and functions to supporting the Director and also general office management. Your role will be varied and offer room for growth and development in the areas you want to progress in. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing new entities, including ASIC/ATO applications
  • Reviewing correspondence then forwarding onto clients when relevant
  • EA support to Director
  • Social media & marketing support
  • Event & function coordination
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Office management
  • HR as required
  • Updating internal spreadsheets
Skills and Experience
  • Must have 2+ years experience in an Accounting Firm
  • Previous experience with ATO, ASIC, Nowinfinity and XPN via XERO is highly desirable
  • Be a team player and have initiative 
  • Must have a proactive approach and be highly organised
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
