Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organised, and functional office environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and guests.
- Prepare, update, and manage internal and external documents.
- Oversee IT support and ensure office technology is operational.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and management schedules.
- Plan and organise team events, celebrations, and lunches.
- Provide support for Sales, supporting with orders and deliveries.
- Perform general ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Previous experience in administration or office coordination.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Expereince with Invoicing and basic accounts desirable.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative duties.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
