About the role 

My client is seeking a professional and engaging Office Manager to provide varied support to a tight-knit team. This is a diverse role that will allow the successful candidate to work across a number of key business areas and positively contribute to the success of the business. You must have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
 
Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Accounts Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
  • Full diary management and support to the Management Team, including scheduling meetings and correspondance;
  • Ensuring Payroll is processed and in accordance to relevant EBA's;
  • Managing staff travel – domestic /international;
  • Coordination and set up of client meeting rooms including IT & catering requirements;
  • Formatting documents and presentations of a highly confidential nature including pitch books, engagement letters, and proposals;
  • Ensure that relationships with suppliers and contracts are maintained and new contracts negotiated;
  • Liaising with the finance department to ensure invoices are approved and paid in a timely manner;
  • Provide ad hoc assistance to the wider team.
Skills / Experience

The ideal individual will have experience working in a similar Office Management role, as well as: 
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite – particularly Word and Excel, and all other technical systems;
  • Essential to have high attention to detail;
  • Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic approach to work;
  • Flexible and adaptable;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem-solving and in exercising judgment.
