Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain a professional, efficient workplace
- Lead, mentor, and support the administration team, providing guidance and performance oversight
- Allocate workflow and ensure deadlines and service standards are consistently met
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications
- Support finance administration (invoicing, purchase orders, expense management)
- Assist with HR administration including onboarding coordination and record management
- Review and improve administrative processes and procedures
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in an Office Manager, Practice Manager, or Senior Administration leadership role
- Demonstrated experience supervising or leading an administration team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with a professional and approachable leadership style
- Strong Microsoft Office capability (experience with finance/HR systems advantageous)
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working autonomously
