Office Manager (with EA responsibilities) – 8 Month Contract | Immediate Start | Prahran

Our client, a dynamic property business based in Prahran, is seeking an experienced Office Manager with some Executive Assistant support for an initial 8-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the go-to person in the office, keeping everything running smoothly while supporting the Managing Director.

The role offers flexible working arrangements – full-time, part-time, or shorter days – whatever works best for you. You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative team in a fast-paced environment where your contribution makes a real difference.

About the Role

As Office Manager with EA responsibilities, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the office and provide high-level support to the Managing Director.

Your key responsibilities include:

Office Management & Administration
  • Oversee general office operations, supplies, and reception duties
  • Maintain filing and archiving systems, including cloud-based platforms
  • Coordinate onboarding for new staff (stationery, keys, equipment, desk setup)
  • Organise meetings, catering, and company events
  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day office matters
Executive Assistance to the Managing Director
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and other high-quality documents
  • Take minutes and coordinate follow-ups from meetings
  • Assist with personal admin tasks for the MD as required
HR & Team Support (Light)
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff
  • Maintain HR files and support performance review processes
  • Be a point of contact for staff queries
Sales & Marketing Support (as required)
  • Assist with maintaining websites, social media, and marketing communications
  • Support events, presentations, and other team initiatives
About You
  • Proven experience in office management and EA support
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Confident with IT systems and cloud-based platforms
  • Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
