About the Position
The Operations Manager is a key senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer that is responsible for overseeing the operational performance and financial outcomes of all Palm Lake Care Communities. The focus will be on leading continuous improvement and optimisation, mentoring and leading each of the site leaders, ensuring effective workforce and human resource management, staff engagement, and financial operations. Working closely with key stakeholders, the position will ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and other governing legislation. This role will be instrumental in shaping an inclusive, vibrant environment where residents feel safe, valued, and connected, while fostering a culture of communication and excellence across the organisation.
About the Person
You will bring extensive experience in multi-site leadership from a similar aged care or healthcare setting. As a highly collaborative and empathetic leader, you will have a proven ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people, understand financial and cost management, and can demonstrate experience leading quality improvements across operations. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are essential, along with a deep commitment to resident-centred care and customer service. A post-graduate qualification in business or financial management is desirable.
