About the role:
The team is cross-skilled to ensure flexibility, in order to adjust to variations in demand. Responsibilities will depend on the assignment and may involve work connected to one or more of the following:
- Preparing first drafts of standard transactional ancillary documents, including resignation letters, written resolutions, lost share certificate indemnities, share certificates, CP satisfaction letters, deeds of release, director/shareholder consents and board minutes
- Collating and indexing all transaction documents (including checking signing/dating)
- Reviewing large volumes of documents to extract key clauses/data points as required, and producing succinct reports to summarise the review results
- Tertiary qualification in law or a related field or demonstrated relevant experience in a professional or legal service environment
- High level attention to detail and computer literacy with an interest in developing your AI assisted skills to apply in the legal environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have corporate paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Agile and collaborative approach with flexibility to adapt to different activities and priorities
- Available for fulltime employment
