The Organisation:
Our client is a leading and prominent players in the building industry. With continued growth over the last 12months, an exciting opportunity has been created for a motivated and enthusiastic Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis.
Position Description:
Reporting to the Group Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Management of the entire Accounts Payable process
- End-to-end payroll for 12 employees
- Reconciliations
- Intercompany payables and receivables
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will have similar proven experience in a Bookkeeping role as well as:
- 5 years experience in an all-round capacity
- Experienced in MYOB a must
- Solid understanding of accounting Debits & Credits within a multi-entity environment that is subject to annual audits
- Previous experience within the property development/construction/investment-related industry is preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Good people and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to hit the ground running
