This role will report directly to the Director team and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities and accounts.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable and payroll
- Prepare and lodge IAS/BAS statements
- Coordinate quarterly finance meetings with full reporting: P&L, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts, and budget tracking
- Scheduling meetings, and occassional diary management
- Assist the Director with both business and personal including investment properties project tracking
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, CA, or another globally recognised professional qualification
- Experience in the property and/or construction industry would be advantageous
- Looking for an individual who is flexible, agile and has the ability to pivot outside of their role remit as and when required
