Part time role, 23 hours per week and flexibility on those being worked across 3 or 4 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Board & Meeting Support: Organise agendas, prepare board packs, schedule meetings, and record accurate minutes with action tracking.
- Project & Strategy Support: Contribute to strategic initiatives, monitor project milestones, and assist in executing key business objectives.
- Administrative Coordination: Oversee executive calendars, manage correspondence, and handle confidential records.
- Governance & Compliance: Maintain governance documentation, ensure policy compliance, and support regulatory reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently, showing initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail
- Proven experience handling confidential matters with discretion.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant position is highly preferred.
- Proactive and adaptable to changes in a dynamic work environment.
- Skilled at managing competing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
- A collaborative and team-focused approach, supporting colleagues and contributing to team goals.
- Experience in planning events and managing travel logistics.
