About the Role
This Executive Assistant position provides direct support to the Managing Director within a leading global organisation. You’ll be a trusted partner to the MD and a key liaison across the broader leadership team, helping drive efficiency, communication, and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive and personal support to the Managing Director
- Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and event logistics
- Prepare and distribute reports, agendas, board papers, and presentations
- Draft internal communications and support key leadership meetings and workshops
- Build strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Support special projects, team initiatives, and broader business improvement activities
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience supporting C-suite or executive-level leaders
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Proactive, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities with ease
- Professional presence with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Tech savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, Teams and internal systems
- Comfortable navigating complex, fast-moving environments
- Work closely with an inspiring, values-led Managing Director
