Based in Homebush Business Village, this role offers consistent part-time hours 5.5 hours a day (approximately 9:00am – 3:00pm) with some flexibility.
You will work closely with the existing Office Administrator and technical team, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring quotes and administrative processes are accurate and well presented.

The Role
This role will see you supporting the preparation of client quotes for hardware, software and services, alongside general administration and accounts support.
Clients are primarily commercial businesses, and requests can range from quoting on new laptops and devices through to network upgrades or desktop rollouts, so attention to detail and asking the right questions is key.
You will initially work Monday to Wednesday for training, receiving hands-on one-to-one support, before transitioning to Wednesday to Friday once fully trained.
The role requires someone comfortable working independently, while still being part of a supportive team who are always happy to help.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing client quotes for hardware, software, licensing and IT services
- Liaising with suppliers and distributors to confirm pricing and availability
- Invoicing, purchase orders and general data entry
- General office administration and document management
- Supporting month-end processes
- Taking phone calls and redirecting enquiries as required
- Ensuring quotes are accurate, detailed and professionally presented
You are organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to your work. You enjoy supporting a team and take pride in producing high-quality, accurate work.
Experience within an IT services or MSP environment will be highly regarded, particularly if you have supported quoting or administration processes.
Given the collaborative nature of the team, this role would suit someone who is friendly, approachable and happy to pitch in where needed.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in office administration
- Ideally exposure to quoting and invoicing
- Experience within an MSP or IT services environment highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Familiarity with MSP job management systems beneficial
