An established and highly regarded organisation based in Rydalmere is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to join the team on a temporary, part-time basis.
This front-of-house role plays an important part in creating a positive first impression for visitors and supporting smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will bring a polished communication style, strong organisational skills, and a friendly, proactive approach to administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors at reception, including coordinating initial sign-in at the boom gate
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage meeting room bookings and maintain tidy shared spaces
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, liaising with the internal mailroom
- Provide general administrative support using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Assist internal departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable, courteous, and able to work independently
- Available for immediate start and committed to the assignment until December 2025
