About the Role
Sharp & Carter is partnering with a leading agricultural company to recruit a Customer Experience Specialist. In this predominantly administration based full-time role you’ll support customers and help keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handle customer bookings, contract generation, and admin support
  • Process service requests accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with third parties and internal teams
  • Support logistics coordination and office admin
  • Participate in team meetings and events
  • Manage inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries
What We’re Looking For
  • Customer service, administration or internal sales experience
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Microsoft Office skills; NetSuite exposure a plus
  • Full working rights in Australia
