About the Role
Sharp & Carter is partnering with a leading agricultural company to recruit a Customer Experience Specialist. In this predominantly administration based full-time role you’ll support customers and help keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle customer bookings, contract generation, and admin support
- Process service requests accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with third parties and internal teams
- Support logistics coordination and office admin
- Participate in team meetings and events
- Manage inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries
- Customer service, administration or internal sales experience
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented
- Microsoft Office skills; NetSuite exposure a plus
- Full working rights in Australia
