The Opportunity
This is a high-visibility mandate to lead a division that currently represents a significant portion of the group’s volume, with an explicit board-level goal to more than double its revenue contribution by 2030.
While the product suite is market-leading and the value proposition is proven, the business requires a shift toward a more creative, omnichannel, and digitally enabled approach to scaling. The Mandate
- Portfolio Growth: Design and execute a multi-year roadmap to materially increase market share and the value of long-term service contracts.
- Digital Evolution: Lead the charge on digital transformation, including the optimization of online acquisition and data-led customer journeys.
- Omnichannel Lead Gen: Move beyond traditional outreach to build sophisticated B2B and B2C lead generation strategies.
- Partnership Architecture: Identify and secure large-scale strategic partnerships (e.g., associations or industry influencers) to drive sustained, non-traditional pipeline.
- Capability Building: Evolve a nationally distributed sales force into a high-performing, customer-centric team.
- Internal Influence: Work cross-functionally to ensure the established core business and the growth division are perfectly aligned and leveraging shared data.
Industry background is secondary to your ability to drive commercial growth within a regulated or fiduciary environment. You likely have a background in Insurance, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Retail or sophisticated B2C Professional Services.
You will bring:
- A track record of leading nationally dispersed teams to scale pre-paid, contract-based, or recurring revenue products.
- The commercial maturity to manage products that involve significant consumer trust and long-term financial commitment.
- First-hand experience in Digital Transformation and change management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence across a complex, multi-brand organization.
