An exciting opportunity exists for a proactive and relationship-driven Partnership Associate to join a leading organisation operating within the novated leasing and EV solutions space. Working across a defined portfolio and partnering closely with internal stakeholders, this role plays a critical part in driving lead generation, strengthening dealer and OEM partnerships, and increasing overall program participation.
Acting as a trusted advisor and brand advocate, the Partnership Associate will engage with dealer networks and strategic partners through education, presentations, and ongoing relationship management. Duties
- Build, develop, and manage strong relationships with dealer partners, OEMs, and strategic partners
- Drive lead generation and participation growth across partnership channels
- Deliver engaging onsite and virtual presentations to educate partner and dealer teams
- Support and execute partnership plans aligned to broader growth objectives
- Motivate and enable frontline dealer staff to improve referral performance
- Act as a partnership ambassador internally, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Monitor partnership performance and provide clear reporting and insights to internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement, processes, and program effectiveness
- Proven background in relationship management, account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trust
- Commercially minded with a track record of achieving targets and driving results
- Confident presenter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex or technical concepts in a clear and engaging way
- Experience working with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- High level of initiative, autonomy, and a collaborative, team-first approach
- Exposure to novated leasing, automotive, financial services, or partnerships (highly regarded, but not essential)
