The Responsibilities
- Interpret award as well as general employment proficiencies
- Analyse and report back tracked data
- Preparing manual payments when required
- Respond to all customer queries (face to face, telephone, email)
- Apply payroll knowledge, knowledge of company policies and procedures and problem solving skills to provide a quality response
- Assisting Finance team on queries and reports
- Assist with the implementation of SAP
- Previous experience using SAP is a must
- Previous experience working as a payroll analyst/accountant.
- Experience with different awards
- Strong Excel and numeracy skills is very important
- Excellent communication skills
