They are currently looking for a Senior HRIS & Payroll System Analyst to join their high performing and supportive team.
The Role
Reporting to the HIRS Manager and working within a medium sized team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead implementation of new HR systems, including Onboarding and Recruitment modules
- Drive ongoing evaluation and enhancement of SuccessFactors, ECP, and UKG
- Manage bi-annual SuccessFactors system upgrades and releases
- Implement compliant, efficient solutions to streamline HR and Payroll processes
- Collaborate with HRIS stakeholders to ensure systems align with business needs
- Document business requirements; implement, test, and validate system changes, including EA-related updates
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues, including payroll processing and replication errors
- Plan, write, and execute UAT scripts for SuccessFactors, ECP, and UKG
- Maintain Foundation and Custom Data Object values in SuccessFactors
- Monitor and resolve third-party integration issues
- Build and manage complex reports in SuccessFactors and Spinifex
- Manage and assign role-based permissions in SuccessFactors and UKG
- Perform data imports/exports, ensuring accuracy for processes like salary increases and bonuses
- Oversee position and org management; validate structures across all HR systems
- Manage data mapping and migration from legacy systems, ensuring data integrity
The successful applicant will have
- Experienced in the implementation and administration of HRIS & Payroll systems ideally with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll
- Solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation, Award interpretation and how it applies to systems
- Proven experience coordinating, testing and implementing system upgrades and enhancements within HRIS & Payroll Systems
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose effective solutions, and ensure follow-through to resolution
