They are seeking a driven and motivated Payroll and Accounts Officer to join their team immediately. Position Description:
Reporting to the General Manager, your daily tasks will include, but not limited to the following;
- Managing the weekly payroll for 20 permanent employees
- Managing the weekly payroll for 20 subcontractors
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices weekly
- Processing supplier payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Liaise with the external company accountant
- Ad hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will have similar proven experience in a Payroll & Accounts Officer role and have the following:
- Good people and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Prior experience using MYOB
