This is an outstanding payroll position for a highly experienced Payroll candidate who possesses strong technical knowledge and can step in and help out with their backlog and other payroll reporting requirements.
The responsibilities
Reporting through to the Payroll Manager, your role will include the following duties:
- Assist the Payroll Manager in getting their payroll backlog up to date
- Assist in reporting and other compliance
- Process improvements and suggestions
- Ad hoc duties as required
The successful applicant will have
- Proven leadership experience managing a payroll team
- End-to-end, high volume payroll experience
- Prior experience with NZ and AUD payroll
- ADP Payforce
