You will lead complex payroll, WFM and HCM consulting engagements, providing specialist guidance to clients and driving process improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

You are a seasoned payroll professional with strong consulting capability and a passion for solving complex payroll and WFM challenges.
- Experience in payroll consulting, payroll management or payroll transformation
- Strong proficiency across payroll and WFM systems (e.g. Dayforce, UKG, Oracle, SAP, Kronos)
- Deep understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards/EBAs and tax compliance
- Demonstrated experience leading implementations, system upgrades, automation or transformation projects
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capability
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and client‑centric service approach
