Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in configuring, enhancing, and supporting client Payroll, WFM and HCM systems, whilst delivering tailored advice that supports process optimisation and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Configure payroll rules, pay policies, workflows and system parameters
  • Support implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing and validation
  • Provide client‑focused consulting, troubleshooting and solution design
  • Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation and awards
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and optimisation
  • Collaborate with internal consultants and share best practice

Candidate Profile
You are an experienced payroll systems specialist with strong configuration capability and a consultative mindset. You enjoy solving complex payroll challenges and enhancing the way organisations use payroll and WFM technology.

You will bring:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Payroll HCM configuration and/or project delivery.
  • Experience with WFM platforms such as UKG, Kronos, Dayforce, or equivalent.
  • Deep knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, awards/EBAs and compliance.
  • Proven experience across system testing, UAT, payroll validation and optimisation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a consulting environment.
