Our client is a well known and reputable business who is currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator with experience using SAP to play a key role in leadership and direction of the payroll function.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership, direction and advice to the broader payroll function
- Executing training and development for junior staff
- Senior stakeholder engagement with staff
- Proving accurate information in response to employee queries
- Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies where relevant
- Ensuring a high level of data integrity is maintained at all times
- Implementing and maintaining the reporting function
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar position along with the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience with SAP is highly regarded
- Previous experience in full function payroll processing
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven process improvement initiatives
- High attention to detail including prioritising and organising workload
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
- Confident when dealing with stakeholders both internal and external
- Able to take initiative and accountability for assigned task
