Position Description
You will work alongside like-minded team members who are passionate about their business' brand and customer base, whereby no two days will be the same! You will have a strong desire to co-ordinate the end to end payroll function for the business whilst simultaneously complete HR & accounts responsibilities. Your duties will include the following:
  • Processing payroll for 300 + employees
  • Payment of superannuation and tax
  • Interpretation of various EBA and awards
  • Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable duties
  • Reconciliations
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service when responding to queries
  • Provide support to the Human Resources Manager completing varying HR duties
  • Issuing Letters of Offer and contracts for new starter employees, to then onboard successfully 
  • Assist with the recruitment of new staff and ensure the recruitment process is adhered to
  • Maintenance and creation of relevant policies and procedures
  • Reporting duties, on both a weekly and monthly basis 

Ideal Candidate
Our client is ideally looking for someone with strong end to end payroll experience, and exposure in a broader HR and/or accounts environment. You will be an energetic & passionate worker who enjoys learning new skills and assisting both the HR Manager and broader finance team when required. Additionally, you will have impeccable verbal and written communication, with an excellent ability to multi-task, and a keen eye for detail. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude!
