The Organisation
Our client in one of Australia’s market leaders in a rapidly growing industry. Due to the growth of the company and for cost saving purposes, the business is currently looking for a payroll expert to assist with implementation of kronos. Prior experience using this system is not essential, however exposure to a payroll project would be highly advantageous. The company has a dynamic, vibrant culture and offers excellent staff benefits and work-life balance. Position Description 
Reporting directly into the CFO and alongisde a project team, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies where relevant
  • Managing data migration, testing and end user deployment phases
  • Ensure accurate and timely process of payroll administration including compliance with statutory requirements
  • Provide system demonstration and training to staff
  • Provide high quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquires
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of required documentation
  • Setting up standardized reports and report groups
  • Administer other adhoc duties such as on boarding and off boarding processes

Candidate Profile
  • Must be knowledgeable about implementation of payroll systems
  • Prior experience using kronos is advantageous, however not essential
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
  • Confident when dealing with stakeholders both internal and external
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail including prioritising and organising workload
  • A positive ‘can do’, resilient attitude
