Our client seeking an experienced Payroll Manager (Standalone) for a full-function role, offering a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity - this is a permanent position. Responsibilities: 
  • Managing end-to-end payroll processing on a fortnightly & monthly basis (for permanent and casual staff) 
  • Processing and calculating superannuation, payroll tax/PAYG
  • Processing new hires, terminations, status changes etc. 
  • Assisting with key payroll projects
  • Identifying process improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll related legislation
  • Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business
  • Prepare payroll journals, reconciliations, and reports 
  • Partnering and developing strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively and as a team across departments. 
  • Assist Payroll Manager in mentoring the wide payroll team. 
Ideal candidate: 
  • End-to-end payroll experience
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Ability to work proficiently in a medium to high volume environment
