Our client is a global business located on St Kilda Road (2 days required in the office and 3 days from home). The Role

Reporting through to the GM of Payroll, your tasks will include:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of six talented Payroll Officers
  • Managing end-to-end payroll of 4500 staff
  • Month/year end closing 
  • Implementing payroll projects
  • Identifying process improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll related legislation
  • Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business
  • Partner and develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders

Candidate Profile

You will have extensive experience in a hands-on payroll management along with the following attributes:
  • SAP experience is essential
  • Knowledge of multiple awards/EBAs
  • High level problem solving and analytical skills
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
