Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of People, this role will manage 4 direct reports, and will involve but won't be limited to the following:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes
- Ensure compliance, governance & audit readiness
- Liaise with managed service provider
- Act as escalation point for complex issue resolution
- Driving continuous improvement and system optimisation
- Implement effective risk management strategies & controls monitoring
- Mentoring and developing payroll team members
- $130-140k + super

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- Significant payroll experience in a complex, award/EBA driven environment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of relevant Awards, EBAs, and legislation
- Experience dealing with a managed service provider advantageous
- High attention to detail and analytical capability
- A collaborative and strategic mindset
