Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Services and leading a team of 6, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Ensuring all pays are processed accurately to meet award, legislative and audit requirements and done so within the required timeframes.
- Maintain accuracy, professionalism and a high quality of service at all time
- Demonstrate and ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all internal staff members.
- Ensure all payroll staff are trained, managed, motivated and developed to work efficiently within a team
environment. - Continue to look at process improvements within the department and the organisation.
- Be up to date with all legislative requirements.
- Prepare various reconciliations for external and internal use (such as superannuation, taxation, GSO reconciliations, Single Touch Payroll etc).
- $140-150k + super + salary packaging
- 3 days in office, 2 days work from home

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- Significant payroll experience in a complex, largely EBA/Award driven environments
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
