They currently seek a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join the team on a 6-month temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company and gain valuable experience in the payroll field.

The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, and working in a team of 6, your duties will include;
- Processing payroll on a fortnightly basis for 2 business groups
- Processing timesheets, calculating leave balances and penalties
- Various reconciliations including superannuation, payroll tax, PAYG
- Ensure compliance with Australian laws and regulations.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update employee records and payroll databases.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on various payroll-related matters
About You
- 2-3 years experience as a payroll officer, in an end to end capacity
- Strong understanding of Australian laws & regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication & problem solving ability
- Experience n Micropay, ADP, or Chris21
- You must reside in Western Australia
