The Opportunity Looking for a fresh start in a supportive and collaborative payroll team?We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officers for two different opportunties to join a busy BAU payroll function.
These postions report into the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting day-to-day payroll operations.
These positions are open to candidates available immediately for a contract-to-permanent arrangement or those seeking a straight permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing across the full employee lifecycle
- Processing new starters, variations, allowances, deductions and terminations
- Assisting with termination calculations and final payments
- Managing PAYG, superannuation and third-party payments
- Maintaining payroll master data and ensuring data integrity
- Reviewing payroll audit reports and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting compliance with payroll legislation, policies and procedures
- Assisting with reporting and annual reconciliations
- Proven experience in a high-volume payroll environment
- Chris21 / iChris or SAP experience is essential
- Exposure to UKG highly regarded
- Working knowledge of Award interpretation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
