Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:
- Prepare, process, and reconcile end‑to‑end payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments to all employees
- Processing fortnightly payments
- Manage onboarding, termination, overtime, leave and salary packaging
- Interpret EBA and awards
- Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with payroll reporting and other ad hoc responsibilities
Ideal candidate
- Previous experience as a Payroll Officer
- Experience using a large payroll software such as SAP, iChris, Micropay, Payglobal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
