Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, this role includes but is not limited to:
  • Processing fortnightly payroll
  • Manage annual leave, sick leave, long service leave and other leave as required
  • Interpret EBA and awards
  • Manage payroll matters including super, reconciliations, adjustments, and reporting.
  • Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage timesheets
  • Actively participate in performance appraisal process
  
Ideal candidate
  • Previous experience as a Payroll Officer
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective time management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a team environment
