Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, this role includes but is not limited to:
- Processing fortnightly payroll
- Manage annual leave, sick leave, long service leave and other leave as required
- Interpret EBA and awards
- Manage payroll matters including super, reconciliations, adjustments, and reporting.
- Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Manage timesheets
- Actively participate in performance appraisal process
Ideal candidate
- Previous experience as a Payroll Officer
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a team environment
