Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Monthly and fortnightly payroll calculation and processing for up to 6,000 employees
- Respond to employee enquiries and provide timely and accurate advice on
- Payroll Tax and Superannuation payments
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Processing on annual, long service and personal leave
- Interpreting Awards
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Previous high volume Payroll processing experience essential
- iChris or Chris 21 experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge & experience in interpreting Awards
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
