Position Description
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Payroll professional to join their team.
Reporting to the CFO your role will include but not be limited to:
- Weekly and fortnightly payroll processing for approximately 1000 employees
- Calculating payroll tax, work cover and superannuation
- Processing new starters and terminations
- Proving accurate information in response to employee queries
- Interpretation of various EBAs and awards
- Assist with continuous improvements within the payroll function
- Partner and develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar payroll position along with the following attributes:
- Previous payroll experience
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound analytical & problem solving skills
- Ability to confidently work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment
