Our client is a leading law firm who are listed overseas and who have been around for 100+ years. They have 150 partners spread across Australia and offer services to large ASX listed businesses.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
- End to end payroll for 150 employees on a monthly basis
- Quarterly commissions calculations
- Assist with fortnightly payroll for 800 office based employees
- Processing new starters, terminations, masterfile changes, overtime, leave processing and report checking
- Interpretating awards and applying relevant policies
- Timesheet coding and data entry where required
- Assisting with Work Cover administration
- Answering payroll enquires

- 2 years+ Payroll experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
